euskalforging has 2 cutting workshops close to its ring rolling plants, allowing the company to be agile, minimizing the movement of raw material and production times. The band saws allow euskalforging to perform cuts with high precision and minimal material waste, while the disc saws enable high cutting speeds, improving delivery times.
- At the Irura plant, it has 4 Behringer band saws up to ∅ 800 mm, 2 Danobat band saws up to ∅ 1,100 mm, and 2 MFL disc saws up to ∅ 600 mm.
- At the Sestao plant, it has 1 Danobat band saw up to ∅ 800 mm, 1 Danobat band saw up to ∅ 1,100 mm, 1 Danobat band saw up to ∅ 1,300 mm, 2 Danobat band saws up to ∅ 1,600 mm, 1 Danobat band saw up to ∅ 2,000 mm, and 1 Boneti saw up to ∅ 1,100 mm.
