Cutting saws
euskalforging has 2 cutting workshops close to its ring rolling plants allowing the company to be agile, minimising the movement of raw material and production times. The band saws allow euskalforging to carry out the cuts with a high precision and a minimum waste of material while the disc saws allow euskalforging high cutting speeds improving the delivery time.
- At the Irura plant it has 4 Behringer band saws up to ∅ 800 mm, 2 Danobat band saw up to ∅ 1,100 mm and 2 MFL disc saws up to∅ 600 mm.
- At the Sestao plant it has 1 Danobat band saw up to ∅ 800 mm, 1 Danobat band saw up to ∅ 1,100 mm, 1 Danobat band saw up to ∅ 1,300 mm, 2 Danobat band saws up to 1,600 mm, 1 Danobat band saw up to ∅ 2,000 mm and 1 Boneti saw up to ∅ 1,100.
