- At its Irura plant, it has 4 forging furnaces with dimensions of 3,500 x 3,500 mm and a loading capacity of up to 30,000 kg, and 3 preheating chambers with dimensions of 3,000 x 3,000 mm and a loading capacity of up to 25,000 kg.
- At its Sestao plant, it has 2 furnaces with dimensions of 8,000 x 6,000 mm and a loading capacity of up to 120,000 kg, 1 furnace with the same dimensions and a maximum loading of 185,000 kg, and 2 furnaces with dimensions of 3,500 x 3,500 mm and a loading capacity of up to 25,000 kg.
All furnaces are periodically checked and adjusted to ensure maximum precision in both temperature and uniformity throughout their interior.
