euskalforging has 11 heating furnaces distributed between its 2 ring rolling plants:
- At the Irura plant it has 4 Hingassa furnaces with dimensions of 3,500 x 3,500 mm, loading capacity up to 30,000 kg and 3 Guinea furnaces with dimensions of 3,000 x 3,000 mm, loading capacity up to 25,000 kg.
- At the Sestao plant it has 2 Guinea furnaces with dimensions of 8,000 x 6,000 mm, loading capacity up to 120,000 kg and 2 IOB furnaces with dimensions of 3,500 x 3,500 mm, loading capacity up to 25,000 kg.
All the furnaces are tested periodically to guarantee the maximum precision regarding temperature and homogeneity within the chamber.
