Machining equipment
euskalforging has 2 machining workshops where it carries out turning, drilling and induction hardening operations:
- At its Sestao plant, euskalforging has the following machining equipment, for the outer diameters indicated: 2 lathes up to 6,500 mm, 3 lathes up to 8,000 mm, 3 lathes up to 10,000 mm, 1 lathe up to 11,000 mm, 1 lathe up to 12,000 mm which can also drill, 1 drilling machine up to 9,000 mm, and 1 machining center capable of turning, drilling, and milling rings up to 10,000 mm.
- At its Mungia plant, euskalforging has the following machining equipment, for the outer diameters indicated: 2 lathes for rings up to 2,000 mm, 2 lathes up to 3,400 mm, 1 lathe up to 3,600 mm, 2 lathes up to 3,800 mm, 2 lathes up to 3,900 mm, 2 lathes up to 4,000 mm, 3 lathes up to 5,000 mm, 1 lathe up to 5,500 mm, 1 lathe up to 6,000 mm, 3 drilling machines up to 5,000 mm, and 1 drilling machine up to 6,000 mm.
