euskalforging has its own production equipment to carry out machining work on its rolled rings and to supply its clients with a fully finished product.

Turning and drilling
In terms of production equipment, euskalforging has CNC vertical lathes and CNC drilling machines for machining:
- Rings with a maximum outer diameter of: 10,000 mm
- Rings with a maximum height of: 2,000 mm
- Rings with a maximum weight of: 80,000 kg
Machining Shops
euskalforging has two machining shops:
- One is located within the Sestao plant, where euskalforging has the following machining equipment for the outer diameters indicated below: 2 lathes up to 6,500 mm, 3 lathes up to 8,000 mm, 1 lathe up to 10,000 mm, 1 lathe up to 11,000 mm, 1 lathe up to 12,000 mm, which can also be used for drilling, 1 drilling machine up to 9,000 mm, and 1 machining centre capable of turning, drilling, and milling rings up to 10,000 mm.
- A second machining workshop is located in the town of Mungia, where euskalforging has the following machining equipment for the outer diameters indicated below: 2 lathes for rings up to 2,000 mm, 2 lathes for rings up to 3,400 mm, 1 lathe for rings up to 3,600 mm, 2 lathes for rings up to 3,800 mm, 2 lathes for rings up to 3,900 mm, 2 lathes for rings up to 4,000 mm, 3 lathes for rings up to 5,000 mm, 1 lathe for rings up to 5,500 mm, 1 lathe for rings up to 6,000 mm, 3 drilling machines for rings up to 5,000 mm, and 1 drilling machine for rings up to 6,000 mm.
