euskalforging has been awarded to manufacture flanges for the 5 floating platforms of Kincardine wind farm, that will be installed some 15 kilometres southeast of Aberdeen and will support 9.6MW wind turbines. With this project, euskalforging keeps strengthening its position as main supplier of flanges for floating platforms.
euskalforging has been supplier of flanges for the Transition Pieces and Monopiles for the SeaMade wind farm, located approximately 50 km off the coast of Ostend (Belgium). The 487-Megawatt offshore wind farm will comprise of 58 Siemens- Gamesa turbines each with an individual installed capacity of 8.4 MW and will be placed on monopile foundations.
